BACKGROUND

In-service support contract for the second line test solution developed to confirm serviceability of units on the MoD support helicopter.

ACTIVITIES

  • Provide repair and overhaul service for hardware of ATP and ATE elements
  • Assistance to operators on fault diagnosis including site visits for more detailed investigations
  • Manage and run continuous improvement programme
  • Develop solutions for improving productivity and extending system life

ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Providing customer with peace of mind that crucial operational equipment is supported for the whole duration of their lives. Equipment is more than 25 years old with an expected out of service date of 2040.
